POSTER SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

Make sure you have the following files and information before entering the registration website:

1. Abstract of your poster — approximately 50 words (to be used in the judging process)
2. PDF of your poster (to be used in the judging process)
3. 30-second video, explaining your research (to be used in the judging process)
4. Names and emails of your co-investigators
5. Name of your mentors
6. Categories to enter your poster (department and centers)
7. Check that your email address is correct in MyBYU so we can send you a confirmation email (NOTE: if you do not receive an automatic email within 30 minutes of registering, contact the Dean's Office at (801) 422-2083, option 2 or fhss@byu.edu to ensure we received your poster file.) If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your submission, please email fhss-web@byu.edu.
8. Once your poster has been successfully uploaded and confirmed, you may not re-submit! Please make sure you upload your final draft!
