- Bombs, Busts, and Babies: How National and Economic Insecurity Influence Attitudes toward Childbearing in Taiwan
- Online survey experiment that evaluates how different security concerns affect opinions about birthrates. Our treatments were military concern, economic concern, demographic concern, or information about pro-natalist policies. Individuals showed increased support for childbearing when there were personal benefits to childbearing instead of solely national benefits.
